The artwork names 'Corpse and Mirror' drew my attention due to the primary colours used and the simplicity of the painting that seems to create something aesthetically pleasing and pleasurable to look at. This concept inspired me to use simple lines, similar to the style of Jean Debuffet and his use of the technique that ended up creating something so detailed. The use of primary colours in his work inspired me further to experiment with them throughout my art.
