My interests + art?

Today I have been focusing a lot more on my personal interest and what I would like to encorporate into my art. I already know that roses are an important aspect of my life, therefore I have been looking a lot more at these. I recieved a book of British roses from Virginia and for the past week or so I have been studying different types of roses to see which one I likes the most and which one I am drawn to the most, as the one I would like to use would be the one that appeaed to me the most. I have experimented with water colours, acrylics and pencils so far and will be looking to experiment further with materials and canvases in the future.
