Artist Talk - Virginia Bodman

Today was our first official artists talk of the year, presented by Virginia. In this talk, we were able to see what kind of art Virginia prefered, as well as learning about the materials she uses in her paintings. Virginia is an oil painter who seems to find certian pictures or certian art she is drawn to and encorporate it into her own, such as magazine cut outs. she experiments in creating art as well, explaining different ways to create marks on the canvas: with brushes, the body and evry day objects.
